Our first ever Law Insight Day took place on Saturday 4 November, attended by nearly 150 students from STAHS and other local schools.

Lisa Ball, Head of Compliance, Content and Safety at TikTok, began proceedings with a keynote speech on ‘A life in Law’. This was followed by discussions on pathways into law by panels of students and trainees at the start of their legal careers, and tips from industry professionals on the skills needed to succeed in law and get legal work experience.

Students also had the chance to participate in interactive legal case study sessions across different areas of law. These fascinating talks and presentations were bolstered by interactive legal networking sessions in what proved to be a rewarding and insightful experience for all.
