A LEVEL RESULTS 2022

STAHS students celebrated outstanding A Level results today. Despite this summer’s exam series being the first formal external exams this cohort has experienced, their results are spectacular. 

Head, Amber Waite said: “We are so proud of our students, and not at all surprised with their success given how hard they worked over the past few years. Behind these amazing statistics are numerous personal stories of dedication, perseverance and tenacity. I am grateful to STAHS staff for their unfaltering enthusiasm, exceptional teaching and the care and attention they have shown our pupils. The STAHS class of 2022 are a superbly focused and ambitious group and I thank them for bringing such joy, curiosity and fun to the School. We wish them every success and happiness in the future.”

• 45.1% of all A levels awarded were at grade A*  
• 76.2% of all A levels awarded were at grades A*-A 
• 92.7% of all A levels awarded were at grades A*-B
• Of 87 pupils, 24 achieved at least 3 A* grades 
• 20 of 87 pupils achieved straight A* grades 
• 52 of 87 pupils achieved all A and A* grades 
• Students secured their places at a host of leading HE destinations in the UK and beyond, including Oxbridge, Harvard, Veterinary and Medical Schools.
