Strong pastoral care is at the heart of our community. Compassionate, caring yet grounded and realistic, we seek to appreciate and develop the talents of each and every girl while understanding and meeting her individual needs. By helping girls to learn about the tougher aspects of the world at large through tutor time, house events and other opportunities such as Perspectives, we equip them to deal with such challenges and build up self-reliance. Always there when we are needed but only intervening when required, we promote an open and honest home-school relationship: we listen, talk candidly with girls and their parents and encourage each individual to be confident in who she is.
