Academic Examinations

STAHS has discontinued Year 12 AS levels in order to give its girls more ‘breathing space’ amid all the pressure of exams and results. In place of these national examinations we now work as part of a consortium of four schools to produce our own rigorous assessments at the end of the Year 12. These four schools are: STAHS, Highgate School, UCS and City of London Boys. These examinations provide opportunities for even greater challenge and depth, serving in turn to provide robust evidence for universities to use when selecting pupils for entry into higher education.
