The girls at STAHS benefit hugely from the expertise, enthusiasm and drive of our Head of Learning Support. All girls are screened carefully at the start of their first academic year, and carefully tailored programmes of support are put into place as necessary. It is always possible for girls to drop in to the learning support department for informal advice, one-off sessions or longer, more personalised programmes. Those with greater individual needs receive regular support, and teachers are provided with clear advice on how best to approach these pupils’ learning.
