Year 12 student celebrates success in national essay competition

Alice Croot in Year 12 was recently named one of 20 runners up out of 1800 entries in the New College of the Humanities Essay Competition for Art History, History and Philosophy.

Alice’s essay explored the subject “Does contemporary art have social value?”

She was presented her certificate at an award ceremony in London, hosted by Professor Anthony Grayling. Congratulations Alice, we’re proud of your achievement!
