Children from STAHS Prep and several local primary schools visited the Senior School for an inspiring Orchestra Workshop Day on Sunday 28 September.

With support from our Year 9-11 Music Scholars, our visiting music teachers and academic music staff the children worked together on three orchestral pieces spanning classical, jazz and film music repertoire, culminating in a short concert to parents at the end of the day.

It was a delight to host so many talented young musicians at STAHS, featuring a huge range of orchestral instruments as well as saxophone, drums, electric guitar and even glockenspiel!
