Parents

We are delighted to work with a strong and engaged parent body and to consult with them regularly through surveys, forums, heads’ breakfasts, and – thanks to the Parents’ Association – a range of social events.

Our Parent Ambassadors are representatives who are available to chat with future parents at open events and share experience with current parents at key transition points; they are regularly consulted by governors. We welcome parental participation in the curriculum, for example through our Sixth Form Perspectives Programme and in our extensive careers programme.

We run a programme of information evenings for parents across the academic year. Recent topics include: growth mindset, study skills and mental health.
