‘Return to work’ programme
There is an increasing appreciation from the working world of the skills of mothers: both those gained through motherhood, often whilst taking a career break to raise children, as well as those achieved prior to maternity leave.
The OGA is looking at running a ‘return to work’ programme for those that have had a break from work to have a baby (or two) or raise children, and would like to either return to their career or pursue a slightly different career path.
We are looking at running a series of events to assist those that may want to return to work after a break, whether you’re looking to return to a corporate environment, are in the initial stages of establishing what path to take, or if you have a burning ambition to start out on your own.
Details will follow shortly, but for more information please email email@example.com.
