To prepare for leadership roles in society, every girl is expected to take on a position of responsibility during her time at STAHS. This emphasis on service to others takes many guises, including: running a club or society; Digital Leaders, who ensure safe use of social media and the Internet; Peer Mentors, who listen to students’ concerns and can offer guidance; Prefects: Sixth Formers who support the lower years; House Captains, who enthuse and lead one of the four School Houses. There are also opportunities to become sports captains; orchestral, choir and band leaders; and the School Officers who are at the heart of the daily workings of the school.
