Our girls develop a deep love of music from their earliest lessons.
Music is based in our new Performing Arts Centre, where we offer over 100 individual instrumental lessons each week. We develop talented and accomplished musicians; girls achieve high grades in external music examinations and some are awarded music scholarships as they move on to Year 7. We have a very popular orchestra, brass and string ensembles, and choirs from Years 1 to 6 – testament to the girls’ love of singing.
Our most accomplished musicians also join the Townsend or Ringwood Bands, Intermediate Orchestra or Junior Chamber Choir at our Senior School.
