Mr Matt Keen

 

Matt became a Governor in April 2017. He was named as the SEND Governor in November 2018, has responsibility for Governor training and serves on the Governance Committee. 

 

He is the Managing Director of Leadership58, a management consultancy specialising in building agile leadership cultures, executive/team coaching and generational diversity. His career has spanned IT, consulting, banking, HR and organisation design. He is the Co-Founder of the AgileHR Meetup, a Trustee and the Secretary of The Pioneer Club in St Albans, a youth charity and Britain’s oldest indoor skate park, and a Trustee of the St Joseph’s in the Park School Parent Fellowship Association. He also coaches the juniors at St Albans Hockey Club.

 

His daughter is at the Prep School and he has a son at St Joseph’s in the Park School, Hertingfordbury. Matt has an MA in Ancient and Modern History from The Queen’s College, Oxford, an MBA with Distinction from Cass Business School and is currently reading for an MSc in Executive Coaching at Ashridge.
