We hope you enjoy using the StAHS web site. If you have trouble viewing content and wish to increase the size of objects on your screen, you can zoom in to get a clearer view.

To do this (Internet Explorer, Firefox and Google Chrome) hold down the CTRL key and press the + (plus) key­ until the objects reach the size you are happy with. To zoom back out, hold down CTRL and press the – (minus) key.

In Internet Explorer, you can also access the zoom settings from the Status Bar, which can be found at the bottom of the window. Click on the ‘100%’ or image of the Magnifying Glass to cycle between three levels of zoom. You can also click the arrow to bring the full zoom menu up, as below.

House Officers

The House Officers, again elected by staff and students, are girls selected from within Year 12 and play a very important role within the school. For each of the four Houses there is a Head, Deputy and Sports Captain. These captains bring the House together and provide unity. Every Friday there is a House assembly, which is organised by the House Officers; these are greatly anticipated by the girls, as they are a source of enormous entertainment.

It is fair to say that the school would not be as enjoyable without their jubilant participation.
