We hope you enjoy using the StAHS web site. If you have trouble viewing content and wish to increase the size of objects on your screen, you can zoom in to get a clearer view.

To do this (Internet Explorer, Firefox and Google Chrome) hold down the CTRL key and press the + (plus) key­ until the objects reach the size you are happy with. To zoom back out, hold down CTRL and press the – (minus) key.

In Internet Explorer, you can also access the zoom settings from the Status Bar, which can be found at the bottom of the window. Click on the ‘100%’ or image of the Magnifying Glass to cycle between three levels of zoom. You can also click the arrow to bring the full zoom menu up, as below.

Organisers/Leaders of Clubs/Extra-Curricular Activities

Extra-curricular activities play a vital part in acquiring leadership skills. Girls in the Sixth Form often take the initiative in starting up school clubs such as Amnesty International, which is currently run by a Year 13 girl. By doing this, girls in the Sixth Form learn organisational and time management skills.
