We hope you enjoy using the StAHS web site. If you have trouble viewing content and wish to increase the size of objects on your screen, you can zoom in to get a clearer view.

To do this (Internet Explorer, Firefox and Google Chrome) hold down the CTRL key and press the + (plus) key­ until the objects reach the size you are happy with. To zoom back out, hold down CTRL and press the – (minus) key.

In Internet Explorer, you can also access the zoom settings from the Status Bar, which can be found at the bottom of the window. Click on the ‘100%’ or image of the Magnifying Glass to cycle between three levels of zoom. You can also click the arrow to bring the full zoom menu up, as below.

Herein magazine

The Herein magazine is a yearly publication which is compiled and edited by thirteen members of Year 12. This project is undertaken throughout the course of an academic year with individual students being responsible for their own sections.

The magazine documents the events of the past year, including work from students throughout the school. The fact that the magazine is written by members of the Sixth Form ensures that the magazine is accessible and relevant to the students. Working on the Magazine Committee provides a unique experience of working with members of staff and also creates a sense of achievement.
