Oxbridge

For those girls who are aiming for a place or Oxford or Cambridge, we offer advice at a number of levels.

Our Oxbridge Coordinator works with our expert teaching staff in all departments to provide appropriate support and preparation. This work is enhanced by our two Oxbridge Governors. Dr Don Porcelli, St Anne’s College, Oxford, has taken a leading role in our Admissions Conferences in 2009 and 2010, in addition to supporting interview preparation. Dorothy Henderson, Newnham College, Cambridge, is supporting plans for the 2011 Cambridge Admissions Conference.

Celebrating Oxbridge Success

Congratulations to all ten of our girls who have secured themselves the offer of a place at Cambridge or Oxford for 2010. Between them, the girls will be reading Chemistry, Classics, Engineering, English, Modern Languages, Geography, Medicine and Natural Science. As ever the competition was tough and even more hard work lies ahead as the girls focus on the task of gaining the grades they need. But for now there's a time for celebration. Well done to all the girls, we are very proud of you!
